Below are estimated time frames from order placement until you receive your order.

Please note that because each flag is custom printed, it may take a bit longer to arrive. Rest assured that each order is shipped as soon as production is finished.

Australia: 10-14 days
USA: 10-14 days
Rest of the world: 14-21 days

Be sure to place your order well in advance before your music festival/event to avoid disappointment!

Return & Exchange Policy

We know you will be thrilled with your purchase! However because the flags are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right.
